Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First

Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 25

Title:          Push Beyond Your Comfort Zone!!

We live in a world of uncertainties, a world where nothing is really assured. Someone labours and toils all night and has so little to show for it, another sweet talks his way to fame and fortune while yet another does not even care to lift a finger and fortune and fame are thrust upon him. That is the world we live in and these experiences have made us to develop some level or apathy towards making good progress. It's a world where you are told that the race is not to the swift, nor the victory to the mighty, a world where some people live in favour and others live in labour, a world where people who have no jobs prefer to enter the #favourmarket instead of the #labourmarket, a world where we have been psyched to label every thing that happens to us as 'Act of God'. It is the world of the Comfort Zone. Your comfort zone is that place you are right now, being fully conscious that things are not going well and yet still staying there and hoping that one day, just one good day, the tables will turn. You are working at a job that you derive neither pleasure nor joy doing, a job that when you remember that you have to be at it fills you with loathing and trepidation and yet you cannot leave the job because lions are out there chasing those without paid employment. You have observed how your Father worked for 35 years and retired, he was neither paid his gratuity on time nor did the pension come regularly, he had to drag himself for numerous verification before he could even be paid the pittance that is called pension and yet you are making the same mistakes he made and working for 35 years to retire. Are children not expected to be better than their parents? You comfort yourself with such lame statements as :God's time is the best" as if God rings a bell and tells you that hey My time is now! You forget that God lives in you and that every time is His time, He cannot be limited in time, space and opportunity. You fear to take a step of faith, you claim to be a man or woman of faith and yet there are no works to justify your faith. If you are living a risk-free life, a life of just getting by, a life of ease, playing safe, full of caution signs, the don't dos, and accept your fate dogma, religious fanaticism, sanctimonious embellishments, lacking courage to even look fear in the face and call off its bluff, not willing to test the waters, just wanting the easy things, being like everyone else, following the multitude, being very comfortable in your comfort, bros you are living in a comfort zone and 80% of the People live there too. If you want to make a difference, you must push beyond your comfort zone, break that lazy mentality, question the answer and also question the question. That's the way to live. I shall take that up tomorrow in the "maximizing your learning zone" podcast
