Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 290

Title:          4 Questions You Should End The Week Asking?
If you keep doing what you're doing, you'll keep getting what you're getting.

You know that already, right?

Because it's common sense, right? Perhaps...

Yet, so many of us don't listen to our own better judgment.

In fact, oftentimes the biggest difference between those of us who are making positive changes in our lives and those of us who aren't is not one’s superior abilities, but the courage that one has to take consistent action.

In other words, some of us sit and wait for the magic beans to arrive while the rest of us just get up and get to work.

Challenge yourself to be in the latter group, starting today! End this week with some healthy perspective, and let your perspective carry you in the right direction from the get-go next week, one positive step at a time...

Choose any area in your life that you want to improve, and then:

1. Write down the specific details about your current circumstances. (What’s bothering you? What’s wrong? What do you want to change?)

2. Write down your answer to this question: What are the daily rituals that have contributed to your current circumstances? (Be honest with yourself. What are you doing that contributes to the situation you’re in?)

3. Write down the specific details about your ideal circumstances. (What would make you happy? What does your ideal situation look like?)

4. Write down your answer to this question: What are the daily rituals that will get you from where you are to where you want to be? (Think about it. What small, daily steps will help you move forward?)


Above all, what you need to remember is that nothing will change in your life unless you make daily rituals that reinforce what you hope to achieve.

Believe me, over the past decades I have successfully used this practice to change the course of my life and I have also helped a number of persons in the last few years to do likewise so this strategy is well tested and it works.

If you are struggling to change anything and I mean ANYTHING in your life, if there's a situation you don't want in your life, you can change it by employing this strategy of a daily ritual or mantra to get you out of the unwanted situation.

If you’re not willing to make it a daily ritual, you don’t really want to change your life as much as you say you do—you don’t really want to achieve that “important” life change or goal. You only like the idea of learning to be fit/writing a book/building a business/selling your art/getting back to happy/etc. You don’t actually want to do it, every day.

But if you DO want it as much as you say you do, it's time to build the right daily rituals
