Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First

Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 19

Title:          You Are The Architect Of Your Own Life!

An Architect is someone who plans, designs, and reviews the construction of buildings. Architects design all kinds of buildings but before constructing a building, an Architect needs to draw a plan of the building. Sometimes architects will make a cardboard or plastic model of the building. The building is then built by a Builder who follows just exactly the Architect's Building Plan. Can you relate this to the life you have? As soon as you are old enough to understand yourself, you take over the running of your life (design, plan, review, e.t.c.) and how you run it is how it is going to turn out. As the Architect of your own life, you surely need to have a foundation that is deep enough and which will endure the vicissitudes of life and the vagaries of the weather when they do come because as sure as the sun is to rise from the east, they shall come. In doing this therefore, you dig the foundation and fill it in with the necessary enduring fortified materials and when you have filled it up with fortified concrete, you can then start building. If the foundation is not strong, there is a great tendency that it will cave in under severe tension and collapse, you therefore need to ensure that your Foundation is strong. To ensure that your life turns out well, you need to get a plan for your life. It is popularly said that he who fails to plan has planned to fail. Anyone who has no plan for his life would be like the ship on the troubled ocean that is tossed up and down by any and every wave generated by the ocean, but a plan gives some solidity to life and living and helps the individual to know when to move on, when to apply the brakes and when to take a review. Today, remember that you are the Architect of your own life, and make it a purposeful and strong one.

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 20 Title:          Not All That Glitters Is Gold!!! This is a popular maxim that I bet you have heard countless number of times that it may have lost its true meaning to you. But have you really sat down with yourself to critically examine its worth? From times immemorial gold has been one object that men and women, Kings and Queens hanker after, while some are willing to die in search of it, others are willing to kill to obtain it and all these are linked to the qualities of gold - its durability, its sacredness, its glittering and reflective nature (especially when exposed to light) and the fact that to acquire gold, one rally must be at his best either in the sports or in the mines. Little wonder then that sports men and women want to win the gold medal by any and all means. High quality gold is an object to ...

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 309 Title:           10 Life Lessons I Wish I Knew In My 20s Time speeds up the older I get. At this time of my life and looking back, there are a lot of things I may have done differently had I known what I know now. With experience comes wisdom, and I could have used some of that wisdom when I was in my 20s. But I have to put the "coulda,   woulda, shoulda" in the past. Instead of mulling over fears and regrets, I'm focused on the present and dreaming big for the future. It's essential for startup leaders and entrepreneurs to follow Grant Cardone's model for going 10X So thinking about that 10X mindset, I've come up with a list of things that I wish I'd learned earlier. Here are 10 life lessons I wish I knew in my 20s. 1. Challenge the status quo. You have to challenge the status quo...
