Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First

Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 16

Title:          Your Worst Bullies 2 - Your Thoughts!

In continuation of our talk on Bullies which started two days ago, I want to briefly talk on Your Thoughts as a mental bully to you. After reading the book titled "As A Man Thinketh" by James Allen, I couldn't help but agree that what the Good Book says "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he". Our thoughts flowing from the deep recesses of our unconscious and subconscious minds are the architects or our fortune or misfortune and this is simply because, those thoughts are what guide our tongues in producing words in our mouths and actually saying them out. Again the Good Book says that "out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh" meaning that any heart that is suffused with darkness and negative thoughts would usually spill out negative words and sentences thereby limiting growth; but any heart that is suffused with light and positive thoughts would also usually spill out words that edify and build. It is not a joke that destinies have been destroyed because of the thoughts and words of men, neither is it a claim that words are powerful, that is a fact. From James Allen's book, I have put down the following for your reading and understanding. "The aphorism, "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he," not only embraces the whole of a man's being, but is so comprehensive as to reach out to every condition and circumstance of his life. A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts." "Man is made or unmade by himself; in the armoury of thought he forges the weapons by which he destroys himself; he also fashions the tools with which he builds for himself heavenly mansions of joy and strength and peace." "Man is the master of thought, the moulder of character, and the maker and shaper of condition, environment, and destiny". Today beckons on you to change your life by changing your thoughts and your confession; that is the best way to overcome that bully. I shall see you again soon.

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 309 Title:           10 Life Lessons I Wish I Knew In My 20s Time speeds up the older I get. At this time of my life and looking back, there are a lot of things I may have done differently had I known what I know now. With experience comes wisdom, and I could have used some of that wisdom when I was in my 20s. But I have to put the "coulda,   woulda, shoulda" in the past. Instead of mulling over fears and regrets, I'm focused on the present and dreaming big for the future. It's essential for startup leaders and entrepreneurs to follow Grant Cardone's model for going 10X So thinking about that 10X mindset, I've come up with a list of things that I wish I'd learned earlier. Here are 10 life lessons I wish I knew in my 20s. 1. Challenge the status quo. You have to challenge the status quo...

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First - Episode 308/It's All Your Fault

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 308 Title:           It's All Your Fault Everything in your life is your fault. Does that piss you off? Good. Your income, your weight, your level of success, your average level of happiness, and everything else like this is  YOUR FAULT . That’s right. Yours. They aren’t your parents fault (assuming you’re well over age 18). They aren’t your government’s fault (unless you live in a dictatorship or communist country). They aren’t feminists/left-wingers/right-wingers’ fault. They aren’t rich peoples’ fault or the one percent’s fault. They aren’t white/black/Jewish/Christians’ fault or any other race or religion’s fault. Nope. They’re your fault. You didn’t have to do that. If it sucks, quit. Go get another job.  But I can’t get another job that pays this well in this economy blah bla...
