Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First

Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 82

Title:          Live Your Life Before Life Leaves You!!

I came across this headline somewhere and it made a whole lot of sense to me. I told myself that I would not only do a podcast with that tile but that I would also  ensure that all those around me get the meat behind the title and actually begin to live their lives. It is really unfortunate that sometimes most of us do not realize that there is no eternal abode here on earth and that life is not only transitory but temporal too. We act as if we can postpone living until we are ready to live; but that is not the case. Whether we like it or not, life is on a forward movement, it waits for no one and there cannot be a time when you can say this is my time to live. The time you have to live is an everyday thing, that which you can do at 20, you may not do it that well when you are 40; that which you can access with ease at 25, you may have to access it with so much difficulty at 50. The older we grow, the weaker we become, that is a fact of life and no "stay young ever pill" can change that. I read the story of a man who worked for 35 years and stashed away enough funds that he would use at his retirement. While working, he was quite austere in expenses; he hardly ever went on a vacation neither did he make out time to enjoy some pleasures of life. He stashed away enough money that would last him a long time after retirement and he promised his wife that they would tour the world as soon as he retires because he has kept enough money for them to do so. Unfortunately, he was involved in a ghastly motor accident while coming back from a visit to his village 3 months after his retirement and died on the spot. The wife cried so much that she refused to be consoled and she told all those who were comforting her that what was paining her most was that while alive, her husband refused to live and was waiting for retirement and now that he was retired and ready to start living, death came and took him. It is important for us to realize that "in the midst of life, we are in death" and postponing living to later date is not to be advised at all. Live while you have the opportunity, it should not be taken for granted.

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First - Episode 309/10 Life Lessons I Wish I Knew In My 20s

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 309 Title:           10 Life Lessons I Wish I Knew In My 20s Time speeds up the older I get. At this time of my life and looking back, there are a lot of things I may have done differently had I known what I know now. With experience comes wisdom, and I could have used some of that wisdom when I was in my 20s. But I have to put the "coulda,   woulda, shoulda" in the past. Instead of mulling over fears and regrets, I'm focused on the present and dreaming big for the future. It's essential for startup leaders and entrepreneurs to follow Grant Cardone's model for going 10X So thinking about that 10X mindset, I've come up with a list of things that I wish I'd learned earlier. Here are 10 life lessons I wish I knew in my 20s. 1. Challenge the status quo. You have to challenge the status quo...

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First - Episode 307/Which Do You Have Money Or Excuses?

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirstEpisode307 Title:           Which Do You Have Money Or Excuses? Money or Excuses… You can’t have both. That’s a secret I learned early on. There are two types of people who want to make money online… Those who have excuses and those who have money. Maybe right now you’re in the set with the losers who have excuses? Such excuses as: “I don’t have the time.” “I need to get it perfect.” “I can’t write sales copy/do graphics/do xyz.” “I can’t afford xyz tool.” “I don’t like xyz so don’t want to do it.” “I’m worried what others will say.” “Whaaaaa whaaaaaaaa whaaaaaaaaa” You have a choice. You can have all those excuses and more… Or you can have MONEY. If you don’t want money then this post is a waste of time for you.  Go read the latest J K Rowling dross about w...
