Title:          Do You Want To Be More Productive? Here Are 5 Tips!

All of us want to improve our productivity, and basically just
get more things done! There are only so many hours in a day, and we aren't yet able to clone ourselves successfully.
By the looks of things, we may not be far off though

However, there are some principles you can implement that
will make your work time that much more productive, and at
the end of the day result in getting more things done!


Here are five that I live by:

1.      Daily goals -

Without a clear focus, it's too easy to succumb to distractions. Set targets for each day in advance. Decide what you'll do, then do it.

2.      Ready, Fire, Aim! -

Bust procrastination by taking action immediately after setting a goal, even if the action isn't perfectly planned. You can always adjust your course along the way.

3.      Unhook from technology -

Do yourself a favor and disconnect while you are working on critical items. Give yourself a chance to properly focus and concentrate without the intrusion from phones, emails and people!

4.      Follow The Pareto Principle -

The Pareto principle is the 80-20 rule, which states that 80% of the value of a task comes from 20% of the effort. Focus your energy on that critical 20%, and don't obsess on the non-critical 80%.

5.      Delegate or outsource -

Get someone else to do it for you.
Whether that means someone on your staff or an outsourcer,
there is no faster way to scale up your efforts.

Practicing these tried and true productivity principles will skyrocket your effectiveness and result in a far greater achievements!
