Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First
Hello and welcome to
#MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 39
Title: Oh! You've Tried Before And Failed, And Then What?
Failure
they say is an orphan, that just means that no one wants to be associated with
anyone generally considered to be a failure and that's why loads of people
struggle every day to ensure that they do not find themselves in that class of
persons considered as failures. But then who really is a failure? He is the man
who because he tried once and failed decided to give up and not try again and
such men and women are in the legion. Even though they may never agree to it
but a lot of people become cynical as soon as they try out something new and it
doesn't give the expected result, they consider every new thing that is
presented to them as scam or 419 as the case may be. So you've tried before and
it failed, and you decided it is not for you or that you will never make it
through that means? No, trying once and giving up is just like a Student who
fails an examination and decides to quit schooling, who loses with that
decision? The School or the Student? or like a Trader who did not make a profit
with his first sale, and then decides to quit doing business? If you know that
in this life, time and chance happen to everyone, then you would understand
that when life gives you lemons, you should just make lemonades out of them. It
is not the cards that life deal for you that matter, what matters is how you
play those cards. Take the story of one of the greatest men to ever tread this
path - Winston Churchill - he had as his motto "never, never, never ever
give up" and he implemented it to the last letter p. Even though he was of
a rich parental background but his parents lived far above their means and were
constantly in debt, thus leaving the family always in poor stead. He was
estranged from his Father and loved his own Mother "from a distance"
his true friend and companion was his Nanny. He did poorly in the Elementary
School, was unruly, failed two times to be admitted into the Royal Military
Academy Sandhurst, succeeding only at the 3rd attempt; he failed to win
election to the House at the first attempt, only succeeding at the second
attempt and thereafter was off the political radar for long time, a period that
was termed as "the wilderness years" he was in "political
wilderness". He was to bounce back after many years to become the British
Prime Minister by default and then went ahead to become elected in his own
right from 1951 to 1955 and he also led British Conservative Party for 15 years
including the years of the 2nd World War, which Britain won under his
charismatic leadership. A Journalist captured the moment of the height of
Winston Churchill in these words ""Everywhere
I went in London people admired [Churchill's] energy, his courage, his
singleness of purpose. People said they didn't know what Britain would do
without him. He was obviously respected. But no one felt he would be Prime
Minister after the war. He was simply the right man in the right job at the
right time. The time being the time of a desperate war with Britain's enemies.
Winston Churchill went on to live out his years as a successful man despite the
many times he failed to get what he wanted, he did not give up and eventually
had them. You too can, no matter how many times you have failed, if your heart
still longs for it, then keep going for it until you get it. Never, Never,
Never, Ever, Give Up
Until I come your way
