Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First

Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 93

Title:          Forgiveness Is The Key To Fruitfulness

Even though this may seem cliché but we can never get enough of the phrase 'never give up´. It motivates us to reach for the stars and no matter how hard it is, we continue the job until it is perfected. Thomas A. Edison said "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that don't work.´ It is unbelievable that a man had the patience and courage to try out something for 10, 000 times before eventually succeeding, there was only thing behind that courage and patience and that is forgiveness. Each time Thomas failed, he did not berate himself for long, he did not flog himself for long, he did not become depressed because his wish had not come to be; he hissed, shed a tear or two but quickly forgave himself and went back to work until finally he shouted UHURU!!!! the invention had been made. Why do people quit so easily after making a mistake? In my perception, a mistake is not something terrible or negative but a life lesson learnt. Sometimes, we can never have or get what we always wanted. So what? Let it go and get on with life! If it is meant to be, then it is. Don't get demotivated just because something didn't go the way you intended it to be. Most importantly, never beat yourself up for it. If we blame ourselves, the matter only gets worse. We'll be wallowing in sadness and we won't be able to think straight. This incident might eventually lead to depression. Take a break and smell the flowers. Don't go too hard on yourself. After all, we are only human. Think of God's wonderful creations and all the beautiful things in life. Life is magnificent if we look at it from a brighter perspective. It's not meant to be about work, stress or depression. These things happen only if we let them happen. It's not anyone else's fault because you let it happen. Happiness starts within. Forgiveness isn't only of self, it is also of others. If you are unable to forgive those who are at the same project with you when they make mistakes, then apparently not much progress will be made. Fruitfulness is an art that is learned, it is not conferred on anyone no matter how highly place s/he is, it is not awarded to anyone neither is it given out as a gift. It is cultivated and he best way to cultivate it is to practice forgiveness. Realizing that neither you nor any other mortal creature is perfect and thus prone to errors of judgement and mistakes is the first step to learning forgiveness. Today, are you fruitful in what you are doing? if you are not, is it hatred and strife that are hindering your progress? Take a good look at yourself and flush out the dangerous poisons that unforgiveness has left in your system. Do that and let me know how you feel.

Wednesday                            6th June 2018 Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 265 Title:           18 Things I Wish Someone Told Me When I Was 18 This morning I was reading a book at my favorite beach-side coffee shop when an 18-year-old kid sat down next to me and said, “That’s a great read, ain’t it?”  So we started chatting. Morning Vibes With Dr Jerry - The First-Episode 87/Tomorrow Is Not Promised

Thursday    30th November 2017 Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 87 Title:          Tomorrow Is Not Promised, Live In The Now!! I have taken a look at how people postpone for tomorrow what they can do today and it really bothers me. It bothers me, not because I am not a believer in planning for tomorrow or even next tomorrow but because the thought process behind the action is that of saying that we have all the time in the world and so there's no reason to hurry. It is this thought process that has left many a man unable to fulfill their destinies and a whole number of others unable to finish the projects that they have started. The story is told of the man who was the head of the family and was expected to pass information about the family to the younger ones, but he kept pushing it forward. Each time the young ones asked for info...
