Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First

Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 37

Title:          What's Your "Next Level Lifestyle"?

What is your lifestyle right now? You work 40 - 60 hours a week, and get 30 days leave with pay and then you hardly find time to go on a vacation because, you have to do extra work somewhere even while you are on leave to earn extra income? there's no distinguishing between you at work normally and you on leave and still working! I really think EVERYONE owes, it to themselves to go after their own Next Level Lifestyle and stop at NOTHING to get it! Why waste our lives being "ordinary?" Your government and education system have taught you how to think like an EMPLOYEE. You've been taught how to trade your time for money. It's in their best interest to mass produce employees. Big corporations help to keep government officials in jobs.
But it doesn't have to be that way all the time. Oh! #TruthBeTold, it is good to have a regular income from paid employment, no doubt about it, but the after effects of being dedicated to that job ALONE are not only horrendous but harrowing. Take a look around you today and see what is happening to those who slaved away their lives working for Country and Big Corps as they hardly ever get paid their pensions, most times the pensions funds are stolen by those who are supposed to protect the funds and nothing happens to the thieves. The Pensioners have to leave their homes and travel some distance for verifications that never end, some have even died in the process of waiting to be verified (they just collapsed and died), some lost their lives on the roads due to road mishaps. Is that what you want to happen to you? I bet you don't want it that way, and that means, you need to be wiser than the Big Corps and the Country. Do what you have to do for them, trade your time for their money when you have to, but use your spare time to engage yourself in something else to earn another income. The time to start preparing to be old is when we are young, nobody waits until he gets to 60 before taking the necessary measures to ensure that his body does not die before him; in like manner, the time to start preparing for retirement is the same day you picked up the job. By so doing, you would learn the opposite of just being an employee and infact you might even become an employer of labour. When you have a second stream of income or even a third, you would not be so stressed about money like the person who is utterly dependent on salary alone, and then, you'd be able to go on vacation and rest your body, even take your family along with you and have some quality time with them. Life is not all  about making money, it's also about enjoying it. If you make all the money in the world and leave it here when you are gone, those who did not break a sweat would spend it on your behalf and I tell you, they would be reckless with it. Today, take a second look at your present lifestyle and if you don't like what you see, then do the needful.

  1. Depending on one source of income is as dangerous as depending only on oil as a means of national income. It is always better to diversify!!

Wednesday                            6th June 2018 Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 265 Title:           18 Things I Wish Someone Told Me When I Was 18 This morning I was reading a book at my favorite beach-side coffee shop when an 18-year-old kid sat down next to me and said, “That’s a great read, ain’t it?”  So we started chatting. He told me he was getting ready to graduate from high school in a couple of weeks and then immediately starting his college career in the fall.  “But I have no clue what I want to do with my life,” he said.  “Right now I’m just going with the flow.” And then, with eager, honest eyes, he began asking me one question after the next: “What do you do for a livi...

Morning Vibes With Dr Jerry - The First-Episode 87/Tomorrow Is Not Promised

Thursday    30th November 2017 Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 87 Title:          Tomorrow Is Not Promised, Live In The Now!! I have taken a look at how people postpone for tomorrow what they can do today and it really bothers me. It bothers me, not because I am not a believer in planning for tomorrow or even next tomorrow but because the thought process behind the action is that of saying that we have all the time in the world and so there's no reason to hurry. It is this thought process that has left many a man unable to fulfill their destinies and a whole number of others unable to finish the projects that they have started. The story is told of the man who was the head of the family and was expected to pass information about the family to the younger ones, but he kept pushing it forward. Each time the young ones asked for info...
