Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First

Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 60

Title:          That Defeatist Attitude Won't Get You anywhere!!

In our broadcast yesterday, we discussed "failure is not final until you hands up" and we gave the example of the young man who spent close to 10 years to acquire a 6 year Medical Degree and how he never gave up on himself and his dream. The easiest thing to do in life pursuits is to give up, I tell you because I have walked on that lane before. When things are not going the way you want them, when all your efforts yield nothing, when people around you call you names and laugh at you because they believe you are a nobody, when even your closest friends begin to distance themselves from you, it is easy to say, what the heck, let every man go his own way. But you see, that is a defeatist attitude. For you to have started something in the first place, it only meant that your mind was there, it takes grit and dirt to achieve whatever it is you are pursuing; don't expect it to come to you on a platter of silver, don't expect not to sweat to get it, No, in the days of our forebears when there was no technological revolution, to feed, they had to sweat it out on the farms, they had to manually cultivate the farms, sow their seeds, water them, weed them and watch them grow to maturity and then harvest them - there was no other way; in our time, things have been made a lot easier with technology, now you don't have to use hoe and cutlass, there are tractors everywhere, you don't have to carry big and heavy textbooks, there are online libraries where you can get to read these books and just take down notes. Technological advancement of the 20th Century has rubbed off on us now that no man has a reason to abandon his dream because of "supposed difficulties". No one is created and born a winner or loser but people become winners or losers by choice, all by their own very selves. Your attitude is what will propel you to the zenith you crave for, if you hands off at the slightest bend, then you can't make much out of your efforts. Those who know just exactly what they want out of life, know that it is in their hands to make it so and they refuse to accept any other fate other than the one they have planned out for themselves. Those who are here and trying to make it, easily accept defeat because they think it is their fate. Faith is constant but fates do change, refuse to accept defeat today and change your fate.

Until I come your way again, this is #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 309 Title:           10 Life Lessons I Wish I Knew In My 20s Time speeds up the older I get. At this time of my life and looking back, there are a lot of things I may have done differently had I known what I know now. With experience comes wisdom, and I could have used some of that wisdom when I was in my 20s. But I have to put the "coulda,   woulda, shoulda" in the past. Instead of mulling over fears and regrets, I'm focused on the present and dreaming big for the future. It's essential for startup leaders and entrepreneurs to follow Grant Cardone's model for going 10X So thinking about that 10X mindset, I've come up with a list of things that I wish I'd learned earlier. Here are 10 life lessons I wish I knew in my 20s. 1. Challenge the status quo. You have to challenge the status quo...

Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirstEpisode307 Title:           Which Do You Have Money Or Excuses? Money or Excuses… You can’t have both. That’s a secret I learned early on. There are two types of people who want to make money online… Those who have excuses and those who have money. Maybe right now you’re in the set with the losers who have excuses? Such excuses as: “I don’t have the time.” “I need to get it perfect.” “I can’t write sales copy/do graphics/do xyz.” “I can’t afford xyz tool.” “I don’t like xyz so don’t want to do it.” “I’m worried what others will say.” “Whaaaaa whaaaaaaaa whaaaaaaaaa” You have a choice. You can have all those excuses and more… Or you can have MONEY. If you don’t want money then this post is a waste of time for you.  Go read the latest J K Rowling dross about w...
