Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First

Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 273

Title:          The Number One Barrier to Living a Good Life

(Everyone Gets Stuck On This)

Most people want to live the good life.
They want to have so much money that it would never be their problem again but how to spend it
They want to travel the world to exotic places on vacations and guided tours
They want to build and live in magnificent mansions with so many exquisite rooms that they cannot finish sleeping in under a year
They want to drive the latest tear rubber cars models that no one can compete with them
They want to eat whatever they care to eat, drink what vintage wine they care to drink and generally do things without taking the cost into consideration

Who wouldn't want that kind of life?

But in life, not all that we ask for come to us and it's for a purpose - the universe tries to create a balance in everything it allows to happen and so barriers are put on our ways to attaining what we need to live the good life

Do you know what the #1 barrier to living a good life is?

I will tell you

The greatest barrier to living a good life is Negative thinking.

Yes you heard me right - negative thinking has done more harm to men than all that the atomic bombs put together did to Hiroshima

We like to make life more complicated than it is!

But trust me now, and thank me later: all battles are won from the inside out.

Let me remind you:

The mind is your battleground ...

... it's the place where the fiercest and most ruthless conflict resides.

... where half of the things you feared were going to happen, never actually happen.

... where your expectations always get the best of you.

... where you fall victim to your own train of thought time and time again.

Your mind is where you win or lose the battle of living the good life and this is simply because, whatever your conscious mind thinks, it is the subconscious mind (which was in existence right from the day you were given birth to) that actually drives your conscious mind.

Your conscious mind is fully aware of the benefits and goodness of living the good life but if your subconscious mind has not been primed to also see those benefits and feel the goodness, it is all but a wasted effort.

And so if you want to win the battle, the war is right inside of you, in your subconscious mind. That is where you need to win over first and then things shall begin to happen in your life which you call into being.

If you allow these self-defeating thoughts to dwell in your mind, they will succeed in robbing you of peace, joy, productivity, meaning, and ultimately your life.

So You are what you think!

And you can’t change anything in your life if you can’t change your thinking.

If you want to live the good life with all its benefits and goodness, take your subconscious mind with you and you have won the battle.

Remember when you think better, you live better and your life would have a real meaning.

Wednesday                            6th June 2018 Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 265 Title:           18 Things I Wish Someone Told Me When I Was 18 This morning I was reading a book at my favorite beach-side coffee shop when an 18-year-old kid sat down next to me and said, “That’s a great read, ain’t it?”  So we started chatting. He told me he was getting ready to graduate from high school in a couple of weeks and then immediately starting his college career in the fall.  “But I have no clue what I want to do with my life,” he said.  “Right now I’m just going with the flow.” And then, with eager, honest eyes, he began asking me one question after the next: “What do you do for a livi...

Morning Vibes With Dr Jerry - The First-Episode 87/Tomorrow Is Not Promised

Thursday    30th November 2017 Morning Vibes With Dr. Jerry - the First Hello and welcome to #MorningVibesWithDrJerryTheFirst-Episode 87 Title:          Tomorrow Is Not Promised, Live In The Now!! I have taken a look at how people postpone for tomorrow what they can do today and it really bothers me. It bothers me, not because I am not a believer in planning for tomorrow or even next tomorrow but because the thought process behind the action is that of saying that we have all the time in the world and so there's no reason to hurry. It is this thought process that has left many a man unable to fulfill their destinies and a whole number of others unable to finish the projects that they have started. The story is told of the man who was the head of the family and was expected to pass information about the family to the younger ones, but he kept pushing it forward. Each time the young ones asked for info...
